“Technikum”, Cham 

The multi-family Scheuermattstrasse house was built in the early 1920s by the “Nestlé and Anglo Swiss Condensed Milk Company” for the technicians and is included in the inventory of historical monuments of the canton of Zug. It is popularly known as the “Technikum”, a study of variants showed how the multi-family house in need of renovation can be preserved and how the property can be better used with an additional new building volume. The municipality of Cham issued the building permit in September 2010.
