VIRTUARCH is in charge for the project as Project Management Consultant, starting from Concept Design and leading the construction project through all design and construction phases.GF and Virtuarch aim at realize the new production facility with an extremely ambitious construction budget of less than 3’500.- RMB/m2. In addition, Virtuarch’s team is committed at helping its long-term client GF to achieve its challenging target, known how on designing efficient factory buildings and a tight cost control in combination with value engineering measures are key to this approach. The new factory is targeted to go into operation in Summer 2019.
